Avocado Berry Smoothie


  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2/3 cup of vegan milk (such as almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons of protein powder


  1. Peel and pit the ripe avocado. Cut it into pieces.
  2. In a powerful blender, combine the avocado pieces, frozen banana, blueberries, vegan milk (like almond milk), peanut butter, and protein powder.
  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  2. Serve the smoothie chilled and optionally garnish with a tablespoon of hemp seeds.
